Alert & Alert Tracking systems Bluetooth Wireless Public Warning & Mass Notification System.

With over ten years in the ‘experiential marketing’ environment and over twenty across the broader on & offline marketing communications sector, Trustcare Products dedicated team offer an energetic creative approach and software development application solutions. Providing, clients across all sectors with innovative, efficient and accountable means of captivating and engaging with the general public or bespoke personnel audiences … to stimulate, communicate and captivate at their respective point of reaction or inspiration.

Why TRUSTalert?

TRUSTalert was developed to counter the failure of the cell networks experienced in the 7/7 London attacks where the networks collapsed due to network overload preventing the use of mobile handsets as a communication device.

It also is designed to act as a secondary support measure in the event of the cell network being directly attacked rendering mobile handsets inoperative."

Communication solution

The Alert system offers cities, towns and authorities a wireless solution for notifying the public or selected groups of life threatening and emergency situations 24 hours a day.

The system can provide messaging, early warnings and post event information for all types of hazardous and emergency situations such as acts of terror, civil emergencies, radiation leaks, severe weather etc.

How it works

The system interfaces and utilises Connectivity using locally installed units deployed permanently at citywide safe zone locations to provide a rapid response to any given situation.

In the event of an emergency situation the Alert system will instantly issue alerts direct to mobile handsets in the safe zone vicinity followed with pre-recorded and real time information instructions directing the public or selected groups with information reducing confusion, injury and panic.

Control

The Alert mass notification and emergency alerts system uses advanced communication software developed by Trustcare Products that operates remotely from a centralised control centre out with the target area providing rapid response and secure communication independent of cell network systems and utilizing secure ethernet connectivity.

24/7 Control

The Alert system also offers a mobile controller/transmitter unit that gives vehicle based emergency services the ability to initiate a real time or pre-programmed voice/data message to a designated area or zone while in transit.

Public Safety Messages

During non-emergency situations, the Alert system can function as a powerful messaging system, with multiple devices, within specific zones or units to be accessed individually. Ease of delivery from not-for-profit commercial or social marketing messages to public safety and alert initiatives, engaging with public at large or specific community staff.

Counter measures

The Alert system has been designed to perform under extreme conditions in the event of a situation arising.

It has a failsafe back up system that will trigger a solar back up power input in the event of grid failure.

It is designed to act as a stand alone preprogrammed device in the event of disconnection from underground optical network.

This enables the system to still perform in the event of total cut off situations.

Alert System Benefits

  • Wireless indoor/outdoor emergency warning and mass notification system.
  • Easy system expansion and installation.
  • Multi transmitter solution for zone coverage in any area size.
  • Minimal training and 24/7 remote access.
  • Pre-programmable schedule for event notification and alerts.
  • Hot Standby backup system and secured communication options.
  • Optional “Opt In” communication for field agents out with public domain.

Not the usual suspect

Working within the Alert network we have developed a unique patented covert surveillance system, enabling us to track an individual mobile device and trigger an alert when that device enters our coverage.

In turn, enabling our system to inform the location - whether it be a bank, airport, shopping centre, public space or mobile cash in transit vehicle - that there is a suspect within their immediate locale and to raise security levels.

How it works

Every mobile device has embedded in the hardware a unique identification code. The Alert Tracking system identifies the code and stores the location, date and time that the device has been in the coverage zone within the Alert network.

Data collection

This unique system enables the services to collect the handset code by means of a Trustcare Products firmware unit and a mobile device being within the vicinity.

This enables the Alert Tracking technology to gain the device code, build a database and link information pertaining to that individual mobile device.

Data processing

With this information the Alert Tracking technology can start to profile the device, track its movements and link it to the owner.

This information can then be shared with other organisations and a more comprehensive database can be compiled.

Device identification

The Alert Tracking system can identify the date, time and exact location using its protocols.

In the event that a situation occurs within an Alert zone and the handset is previously unknown to the system, then the potential suspect can have his movements linked to the device .

Suspect identification

This would enable the Alert and Alert Tracking system users to identify possible suspects, link them to the scene or vicinity, build prior movements and monitor activity.

Restrictions of current tracking systems

Current mobile phone tracking technology relies on the use of triangulation – taking the signal strengths registered from your mobile phone at a minimum of three nearby GSM receiver masts.

As the mobile phone companies know the position of each mast, and can tell the signal strength of your phone at each of these nearby masts, they can use this to calculate your position to a certain degree of accuracy (within about 50 to 100 meters). However to use this system you MUST have the permission of the user.

Alert eliminates this lengthy process.

Unique tracking solution

The Alert Tracking System is a private network enabling complete control and functionality out with public cell networks currently in use.

Statistically a mobile device is in possession of a user for a period of 18 months

Suspects tend only to change SIM cards in handsets to avoid detection - not the handset itself.
