All Trustcare guards are SIA licensed, uniformed and operate in a polite and professional manner. They are fully trained in the variety of assignments we deliver, updated in all health and safety laws and are first aid certificated. Active patrolling is carried out using a deister patrol system which electronically records all visits to the site.
A duty log book is kept on site for our clients to view all movements and visits during their absence. All guards report to our 24 hour control room every hour via mobile thus ad hearing to the lone worker laws. In the event of an incident or accident the guards inform control who dispatch a mobile supervisor instantly, then contact the police ensuring a full back up system is operational.
All guards are randomly checked not less than once a night by a mobile supervisor ensuring quality is being delivered.
All Mobile Patrols are conducted from a high visual security vehicle. All assingment requests are visited and electronically recorded by deister.
A report of all visits is also recorded in the guards duty log book. In the event of an incident or break in the guard will immediately inform the Control Room and police via mobile phone. The guard will remain at the incident until the police or ownership arrival. The guard will ensure the security of the premises is paramount and will not leave until instructed to do so by The Control Room.
Control Room & Key Holding
All keys held by the company are stored in a secure unit in the 24HR Control Room. Should an activation occur a Mobile Response Vehicle is immediately dispatched with the premises keys and alarm codes on arrival at the site a full premises survey is carried out to find the cause of the activation and remedial action is carried out according to assignment instructions.
Should a break-in be found, The Control Room and the Police will be informed and the guard will remain on arrival of ownership or police and carry out further instructions. Should no visual entry be found the guard will then carry out an inside inspection of the premises, when satisfied of an accidental activation the guard will then reset the alarms and return to base.
CCTV Operatives
All CCTV Operatives are fully trained and carry an additional SECURITY INDUSTRY AUTHORITY LICENSE as stipulated by Legislation.

ContractsShort and Long term contracts are available on request. A full site survey is required and site instructions issued to suit both parties and costs are submitted for appraisal.
